- This service has no sign-up, login, booking or inquiry form, so it does not collect personal information such as name, contact details or email.
- The dates, number of rooms and guests you choose and your travel assistant conversation are not sent to this site's server. They are kept only in the session storage of that browser tab and are erased when the tab is closed. Text in a conversation that looks like a phone number, email address or card number is masked before it is kept.
- When you go to a booking site with a booking button, the dates, number of rooms and number of adults you chose may be passed in the booking site's address (personal information such as name or contact details is not included).
- Web server access records (IP address, access time, requested address, browser information) are used to respond to security incidents and find the cause of failures, and when they exceed a set capacity the oldest records are deleted automatically.
- Server operation is outsourced to Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Republic of Korea, AWS Seoul Region). Social thumbnails are loaded directly from YouTube and Kakao servers, and information you enter at an external booking site follows that booking site's policy.
- The company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where laws and regulations specifically provide otherwise.
