Which rooms should I compare when staying with children?+

Where do I board the free airport shuttle?+

Can I use the Maglev on Mondays too?+
The airport corporation's official information says the Maglev runs Tue–Sun 10:00–17:00 and does not run on Mondays. If your check-in or check-out is on a Monday, plan to use the hotel shuttle or other transport. What about parking and bringing pets?+
The official FAQ lists free parking for guests on the nights of their stay only. Long-term parking has its own conditions. The room information shows pets as not allowed, so if you need an individual exception, such as for an assistance dog, please contact the hotel directly. 2508
Can I book an accessible room and baby items?+
The official FAQ says a limited number of Standard Double mountain-view rooms with an accessible restroom are operated. Baby cribs, safety guards and similar items are also limited in number. STRAND is an outdoor infinity spa pool that operates all year, and it has a usage fee of its own. Jul–Aug (GOLD) runs Session 1 09:00–14:00 and Session 2 15:00–22:00. In other seasons, DAY runs 14:00–19:20 (until 19:00 in Mar–Apr) and NIGHT 18:00–22:00, with MORNING 09:00–13:00 added on Sat, Sun and holidays.
