- This service is a free information service operated by AIO2O. It compiles information on the rooms, facilities and nearby travel of Nest Hotel together with public sources, and guides users to external booking sites.
- There is no sign-up, login, booking or payment function. A booking contract is formed between the user and the booking site (or the hotel), and rates, cancellation and refunds follow that booking site's terms.
- The travel assistant is a search feature that finds the answer closest to a question from the information published on this site (AI does not write the sentences). Answers are for reference, and it does not answer about rates or remaining rooms.
- Information is shown with its source and check date, but hours, policies and rates may change, so please check the original and the booking site's screen just before you use them.
- Some booking links may be affiliate links. In that case, the fact that a commission is received is shown beside the booking button and in the operator and booking link notice.
- Interfering with the operation of the service, sending bulk requests by automated means, and copying content without citing the source for commercial use are prohibited.
- Rights to hotel photos and official information belong to each rights holder, and the copyright in the editorial text, travel suggestions and screen layout created by the service belongs to the company.
- The company is not responsible for the services provided by external booking sites and hotels, for booking processing, rates, or cancellation and refunds.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please send questions about the terms and the service to sales@o2o.kr.
